Our 2016 Annual Report tells a story of increasing community involvement and support from individuals, couples, families, local community groups, and the state of MA Department of Developmental Services.
It’s great to witness the actualization and positive changing of the vision I started with in 2010. I remain open to listening to community members on suggestions for our future.
Our priority for the next year, 2018, is to increase participation in our current program offerings:
Year-round Individual Support (spiritual-care)
For caregivers age 8-88+.
Year-round Group Support
For dementia caregivers under age 65, caring for a loved one under 65 with dementia.
Meets the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month.
Seasonal Sunday Stroll (April – October)
For wheelchair-, walker- and stroller-users, with care-partners.
At Rest.Stop.Ranch and Trinity Church:
Year-round Topsfield Memory Café
For individuals with memory loss and care-partners. Dementia-caregivers age 8-88+ are also welcome to come alone, for socialization, information, and networking.
At least once-a-month.
Moving forward with a listening heart,
vision, inquiry, and action,
